In retaliation, Sakata incited ninjas to attack the Chinese Martial Arts Academy. Hua Zhiqiang fought his way out but was pursued by ninjas to the banks of the Yellow River. In a moment of desperation, he jumped into the Yellow River, where he was rescued by a boatman's daughter, Hu Niu. From then on, Hua Zhiqiang trained in the raging currents of the Yellow River, mastering extraordinary skills. Soon, Kojiro returned to China.
