Yong Sang (Cai Zhen Nan) is the leader of the Jian Guo market, revered and respected by his subordinates for his wisdom and virtue, managing all affairs big and small in the market. Qing Feng (Sun Peng) is Yong Sang's most trusted subordinate; although it hasn't been explicitly stated, everyone knows that Qing Feng will take over Yong Sang's position after he retires. After serving three years in prison for murder, Ah Xiong (Huang Hong Sheng) returns to Yong Sang's side; in reality, he did not commit the crime but took the blame for Qing Feng.
