On the night of the Spring Festival holiday, the bar street in the city center is bustling and lively. Hong Kong movie star Mr. Wu (played by Andy Lau) is kidnapped at gunpoint by a group led by Zhang Hua (played by Wang Qianyuan), who is impersonating a police officer, and taken to a secluded courtyard in the suburbs.
