Heroic policeman Chan Ka-Kui (Jackie Chan) is back. However, hot-tempered and outspoken as ever, he has a falling out with his boss over the release of an extremely dangerous criminal and angrily resigns. While on vacation with his girlfriend after leaving police work, a telephone company receives a bomb threat.
