In Hong Kong's top investment bank, a massive amount of dirty money is missing, leading both the mafia and the police to investigate the matter. Ultimately, the focus of the incident falls on assistant general manager Connie (played by Ning Jing), and she quickly becomes the target of everyone, constantly at risk of being assassinated by the mafia. Desperate, Connie's boyfriend Billy (played by Lu Si Ming) sends a distress signal to former mafia leader Ghost Uncle (played by Liu Zhao Ming). Ghost Uncle dispatches his capable subordinates Nick (played by Huang Hao Ran), Master Brother (played by Wu Ting Ye), and A Fei (played by Luo Li Wei) to protect Connie, while the group tirelessly digs for the truth behind the incident. Once, Nick and Connie had an unfinished romance; now that they meet again, old feelings inevitably resurface. After several close calls, Nick begins to suspect that there might be some unspeakable dealings between Billy and Da Bo.
