Lao Hong (Liu Wei) is the captain of the Flying Tigers, who, along with his deputy Wang Qiang (Li Xuejian) and team member Peng Liang (Chang Rong), infiltrates Zhengtai International Trading Company to assassinate the Japanese manager. Gangcun is the captain of the Japanese spy team; the news of the assassination enrages him, leading him to kill dozens of innocent coolies in a fit of rage. Lao Hong learns that the newly appointed manager, Lieutenant General Yamaguchi, is on his way, so under the command of the political commissar, they kill him and then Gangcun, avenging the deaths of the Chinese people and dealing a significant blow to the enemy's arrogance. The new spy team leader, Matsuo, who is heartless and cruel, enlists the help of spy Qin Xiong (Li Youbin) to devise a cunning plan to eliminate all members of the Flying Tigers.
