In the border town of Yunlai, undercover officer Lin Kai (played by Huang Xuan) is ambushed by narcotics police while conducting a trade with his boss Cheng Yi (played by Wang Yanhui). In a critical moment, Lin Kai saves a drug dealer and is subsequently kidnapped to the Golden Triangle, where he arrives at the lair of the cunning and ruthless drug lord Eagle (played by Duan Yihong).
