Chen Jing is a quirky girl majoring in the yangqin at the affiliated middle school of the music academy. Because of her love for the piano, she decides to become a piano score transcriber for her senior Wang Wen, but due to her lack of knowledge about Western music and her background in traditional music, she faces neglect from Wang Wen and ignites friction between the two major disciplines on campus.
