Cheung Chau Island in Hong Kong is a small place where people are born and raised, enjoying a leisurely life without much ambition. However, a headstrong "Cheung Chau beauty," Luo Jiao (played by Gillian Chung), seeks revenge on a rival for a slap in the face and decides to recruit a few good friends to participate in the "Water Lily" 4x100 swimming relay to win the championship.
