Former Kanto Tōkikukai executive, Egawa Hiroichi, has now washed his hands of the underworld and is running the club Madrid in Ginza, living a peaceful life with his mistress, Akiko. The Kansai Western Japan Federation has set its sights on taking over the final stronghold of Tokyo's Ginza. The Western Japan Federation targets Madrid, but Tōkikukai's Gōhara dispatches fellow executive Yazaki Ryūji to acquire Madrid. However, Egawa remains adamant about protecting Madrid. Meanwhile, Egawa's subordinate, Mochizuki, frustrated with Tōkikukai's actions, secretly conspires to rebuild the Egawa group. Mochizuki, along with a few thugs, kidnaps the new singer Amano Mari, who is managed by Tōkikukai, staging it as the work of the Western Japan Federation in an extortion attempt for 100 million yen. A few days later, Amano Mari is found dead, and the media begins to circulate that the incident involves a gang conflict between Kanto and Kansai. With the 100 million yen in hand, Mochizuki entrusts the money to former Egawa group member Hama Yuki. Mochizuki and Hama propose the idea of rebuilding the group to Egawa, but he refuses. On the other hand, upon learning that Mochizuki and the others are behind Amano Mari's kidnapping, Tōkikukai hires assassins to kill Mochizuki and Egawa's subordinates. Having remained silent until now, Egawa, upon witnessing the brutal deaths of his subordinates, finally confronts Gōhara with a declaration of war. Knowing this, Hama contacts former Egawa group members and introduces Egawa to Tatsu, a demolition expert. While running a demolition business, Tatsu has crafted over a hundred homemade guns. The preparations for battle are complete. Egawa and his crew break into a meeting of Tōkikukai executives -- Moroki, Nobuhashi, Yamaoka, Higashimatsu, Nishida, and Yazaki, who are devising strategies against the Western Japan Federation. A gunfight ensues, where Egawa and Tatsu kill Yamaoka, Higashimatsu, and Nishida and flee, but Tatsu is killed along the way. Egawa is saved by Gōhara's wife, his former lover Yūko, and manages to escape. Meanwhile, Yazaki, desperately searching for Egawa, goes to Akiko's apartment to lure Egawa out. Although Egawa falls into the trap, he escapes at full speed and hides in a poultry farm. Yazaki senses Egawa's hideout and confronts him alone. On the other hand, Gōhara has fallen due to Egawa's gunfire, causing executive Moroki to take over as Tōkikukai president and team up with the Western Japan Federation's chairman, Shimamura. Secret consultations are underway to eliminate the troublesome Egawa and Yazaki…
