Caroline (played by Kat Dennings) is a rebellious 17-year-old girl who moves from a bustling metropolis to a picturesque small town with her father. However, what Caroline does not expect is that this seemingly peaceful town harbors many dirty secrets. It turns out that the monotony of life pushes the local youth to seek thrills, and they choose the quickest method—drug use.
