Baldev (Annu Kapoor) is an expert in genetic fertility and operates a "sperm bank" that provides sperm for couples who cannot conceive. However, this line of work is not without risks and carries significant dangers; often, even Baldev himself cannot be certain whether the sperm he sells is truly healthy and viable. One day, Baldev meets a young man named Vicky (Ayushmann Khurrana), and upon seeing Vicky's robust physique and wheatish complexion, he immediately decides that Vicky is the ideal sperm donor. After persistent and heartfelt persuasion day and night, Vicky finally agrees to donate his sperm. Shortly after, Vicky falls in love with a beautiful woman named Ashima (Yami Gautam). Just as he is about to embark on his blissful love life, Vicky discovers that his past as a sperm donor has brought him some significant troubles.
