On Halloween Eve, the killer Michael Myers has escaped and is heading to Haddonfield, Illinois, which is his original slaughtering ground. Dr. Ranbir Strode, the psychiatrist who has been treating Michael Myers, and Sheriff Frank Hawkins are frantically searching for him as he continues his killing spree, ruthlessly approaching Laurie, the sole survivor from the last massacre.
