After years of dedicated research, Dr. Peyton (Liam Neeson) finally developed synthetic skin, but this synthetic skin has a fatal flaw: prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause it to deteriorate. A group of criminals sets their sights on Dr. Peyton's research, and in order to obtain this precious invention, they do not hesitate to blow up his laboratory. Although Dr. Peyton narrowly escapes death, the fact remains that his entire skin is severely damaged. The pain and side effects of the treatment fill Dr. Peyton with rage, and driven by a thirst for revenge, he escapes from the hospital. Using the synthetic skin he invented, Dr. Peyton adopts a new face, and at the same time, a new superhero is born. In the eyes of criminals, Dr. Peyton is a terrifying force to be reckoned with, but in front of his former lover, he feels a long-lost sadness and pain.
