Disheartened New York detective Andre Davis (played by Chadwick Boseman) is unexpectedly assigned to track down a suspect in a major drug-related murder case. In this shocking case, eight police officers have been brutally murdered. To catch the killer quickly, Davis enacts the first full lockdown in Manhattan's history, closing all 21 bridges connecting the island to the outside world. However, the lockdown lasts only four hours, and Davis must capture the killer before dawn! During the tense pursuit, Davis discovers that the killer is also being hunted, and there may be a colossal conspiracy behind the case. He must uncover the truth and find the killer before it’s too late.
