In the delivery room, TV reporter Zeng Yutong (played by Zuo Xiaoqing) is preparing to interview pregnant woman Wu Jing, who decides to give birth despite knowing that the fetus may suffer from congenital diseases. This decision puzzles Yutong, who believes it is unfair to the baby. After the birth, both mother and child are safe, and as the news comes in, Yutong gradually understands the couple. Yutong's boyfriend, Zhi Xuan (played by Wu Qilong), is a manager at an international company and is very busy with work. They are both orphans; Zhi Xuan lost his parents at a young age, while she was raised by Granny Zeng (played by Ye Tong). Due to her old age and exhaustion, Granny Zeng falls ill and is hospitalized, prompting Yutong to rush to meet her boyfriend. The taxi driver she rides with (played by Fan Wei) has a child with autism, and during their conversation, Yutong falls into memories. Accompanied by Zhi Xuan, Yutong visits the bedridden Granny Zeng and unexpectedly receives two train tickets from her. According to Granny Zeng, these tickets are evidence left by Yutong's biological parents, leading Yutong to embark on a journey to find her relatives with Zhi Xuan...
