Dick, Gaochao, and Jacky serve in the Cyprus police force and become enemies with Mr. King during the bust of a counterfeit electronic board case. Mr. King sets a trap that gets Dick and Gaochao suspended. Dick returns to Hong Kong to visit his ex-wife and son. Mr. King sends people to hunt down Dick and frames Gaochao to get him imprisoned, while Jacky is bought off. Upon learning that his friends are in danger, Dick rushes back to Cyprus to rescue Gaochao from prison, working together to investigate the case. Mr. King is relentless, forcing Jacky to steal back the electronic board. However, Jacky hands over a fake board to Mr. King, hiding the real one in Dick's home. Upon discovering this, Dick decides to rig the electronic board with explosives to force Mr. King to surrender one of the criminals, but during the exchange, Jacky is taken out, leading to a series of gunfights.
