Five strangers in prison became good brothers—the Five Fortunes. Teapot (played by Sammo Hung), Deadpan (played by Eric Tsang), Curly (played by Chan Kwok Kwan), Vaseline (played by Chin Siu-Ho), and Lucky (played by Fung Hoi Fan) became victims due to petty theft or playing supporting roles. They decided to turn their lives around and earn a living honestly after getting out of prison. The five were released on the same day and started a cleaning company, specializing in cleaning for businesses or homes. One day, while the gang was trading counterfeit circuit boards, they were caught by a bumbling local cop. In a panic, they hid the circuit board in the cleaning compartment of the Five Fortunes' cleaning vehicle. Unwittingly, the Five Fortunes found themselves embroiled in a turf war: on one side, the police suspected them of being gang associates and were searching for them; on the other side, the gang was also pursuing them, wanting to eliminate them to retrieve the circuit board. How will the Five Fortunes use their wits to escape from this dilemma?
