The film is set in Kōtsu High School, where students have the same hairstyle, wear the same uniform, carry the same backpack, and wear the same shoes, showing no individuality. Their actions are strictly controlled by the "Black School Regulations." Among these uniform students, there is a unique presence: second-year high school student Onoda Kōka, who lives at the bottom of his class and experiences the worst of youth.
