Kitazawa Nao (played by Erika Toda) is a doctor who, after several months of dating her boyfriend Iihara Yuichi (played by Masahiro Matsuoka), finally gets engaged and prepares to step into the marriage hall. During the moving process, Kitazawa Nao meets a moving company worker named Mamiya Shinji (played by Satoru Matsuo). Shinji was once a somewhat famous novelist but gave up his writing career halfway; coincidentally, Kitazawa Nao used to be a fan of Shinji. This fateful encounter leads Kitazawa Nao to gradually realize that everything she has is not what she truly wants.
