"Little Dorrit" is a work adapted by the BBC from Charles Dickens' novel of the same name. Amy Dorrit (played by Claire Foy) is born and raised in a debtor's prison after her father, William Dorrit (played by Tom Courtenay), fails in business, causing the family to accumulate massive debts and be imprisoned. Despite her humble beginnings and the hardships of life, Amy has a kind heart and never hesitates to help those around her, nor does she feel ashamed of her poverty. At the age of 21, she secretly works as a servant for the Peerson family, where she meets their only son, Arthur (played by Matthew Macfadyen). With Arthur's help, the Dorrit family unexpectedly inherits a fortune due to their surname, allowing them to leave prison and join high society. Everything around them suddenly changes. Will Amy and Arthur eventually end up together?
