Sheriff Pat Beck (played by Tony Doupe) is a lawman in a small town. However, his son Kurt Beck (played by Aaron Blakely) has a deeply troubled past. Thirteen years ago, he was committed to a mental institution for brutally murdering his own mother. The nightmare begins the moment Kurt escapes from the asylum. The deranged Kurt not only goes on a killing spree but also embarks on a terrifying quest for revenge. Desperate, Pat searches for his son Kurt in an attempt to stop his madness. However, to his surprise, just as Pat uncovers a clue and arrives in the woods, he finds his daughter Sara Beck (played by Alena Dashiell) camping there with friends, plunging everyone into a life-or-death situation.
