Oliver's dream is to become a singer, but despite his abundant talent, he always seems to be unlucky, missing out on many opportunities for fame and remaining unknown to this day. His daughter Annabelle (Mara Wilson) sees all of her father's efforts and, believing in the existence of magic in the world, seeks help from a fairy. Little did she know that she summoned a fairy child named Morry, who is not very skilled in magic. Morry sincerely wants to help Oliver and Annabelle, but his limited abilities often lead to more trouble than solutions. Meanwhile, the evil witch Claudia (Deborah Odell) has revived herself and, in her quest to dominate the world, steals all the magic wands.
