In 1845, the young Victor and his brother James awakened their potential during a sudden dispute among their elders. In a moment of panic, James killed their unknown biological father, and from that point on, the brothers became wandering warriors on the battlefield. Using their immortal and indestructible bodies and beast-like talents, they wreaked havoc in wars throughout the ages until they met Major Striker and joined his special forces for people with abilities.
