Zhang Rong (played by Fan Bingbing) has an adopted brother, Zhang Xiaochun (played by Zhang Jiahui), who has not received love from their parents since childhood. After their parents were murdered by a group of thugs during a robbery when they were young, Zhang Xiaochun took on the responsibility of raising his sister.
