This is a world overflowing with superpowered heroes, who wear masks and tight uniforms. Although they do not possess the various super abilities like Superman, this group of heroes uses their unique skills to help others in times of crisis. They form the Superpowered Association and fight together, gaining the trust of the police and citizens. However, since one of the heroes shot his wife, their reputation has plummeted. The superpowered hero, Frozen Frankie (played by Kris Lemche), is the son of that murderous hero, and he is now engulfed in anxiety. In reality, he is named Brandon, and he has taken on the persona of a superhero to deal with his troubled relationship with his girlfriend Emily (played by Christine Evangelista). During a transport mission, he meets another hero, "Percepto" (played by Joey Kern). Since it is not yet time for the transport, the two heroes linger at a nearby hotel, causing quite a commotion.
