The story picks up right where the last episode left off. Bridget (Emily Perkins) witnessed the painful transformation of her sister Ginger (Katharine Isabelle) into a werewolf, and shaken by the experience, she vows never to follow in her sister's footsteps. She begins to battle the werewolf gene lurking within her. To prevent the werewolf gene from taking over, Bridget continually injects herself with medication, leading others to mistakenly believe she is a drug addict, and she is forced into a rehab facility. There, Bridget loses access to the medication, and over time, her true nature begins to stir. Meanwhile, Ginger has never given up on tracking her sister and is drawing closer with each passing moment. Moreover, a massive threat lurks within the hospital. Amidst all this, can Bridget escape?
